Ill Be A Dual Cat

"Slick" is a 2016 gelding our of our great stallion, OSR Catty Dual Pep. He has been Shamus' personal horse for the past few years and has truly seen and done it all. He's won numerous AQHA Circuit Championships in the Open Senior and Amateur divisions, has qualified for the AQHA World Championship Show, and has completed at some of the largest ranch ropings and stock horse competitions in the country.

Smart Lil Mobster

"Sully" is a 2017 bay gelding by HF Mobster and out of a daughter of Jerry Lees Surprise. He was born and raised on our place, and is now owned by our daughter, Teri Dawn. Together, they secured the 2023 Championship in the Utah Versatility Ranch Horse Association amateur division.

Happy Boomshiner

"Hudson" is by the late Boomshine and out of Shamus' best brood mare, Happy Four Sox. This gelding is not only an exceptional ranch horse that you could count on no matter the task at hand, but a talented horse in the arena as well. He was sold in 2023.

Fols Native Blue

"Tres" is a 2006 Blue Roan Gelding by Shamus' favorite stallion, Hancock Four Cee. Tres was the 4-H State Champion as a three year old, won the inaugural Great Basin Buckaroo Gathering twice, was a top ten finisher in the Ranch Riding at the AQHA Level 1 Championships, and has qualified for the AQHA Youth World Championship Show four consecutive times - just to name a few of his accomplishments.

Running U Smokin Gun

"Ivan" is a 2013 Grey Gelding out of a Blue Apache Warrior mare and by Continental Playgun. Ivan is a big, beautiful, stout gelding that was one of Shamus' personal horses for several years. He had been used for all aspects of ranch work and has been hauled to many ranch ropings throughout the country. This is one of the best ranch horses Shamus has ever ridden.

Sheza Real Playgun

"JLo" is a 2015 sorrel mare out of a Blue Apache Warrior mare and by Continental Playgun. JLo is a really big, beautiful mare and belongs to one of Shamus' daughters, Teri Dawn. She has been ridden on the ranch and has won several circuit championships in the AQHA Ranch Riding classes. She has had three foals to date and now spends her days as a brood mare.

Smart Lil Heaven

"Heaven" is a 2017 mare by our great stallion, SNW Travalen Heaven. Heaven is a beautiful, athletic mare that already has an impressive LTE in the heeling despite her age. She is as good-minded and easy going as they come. She has been ridden and well loved by numerous PRCA Heelers and has competed on some of the largest stages in team roping.

ShinyNSophisticated

"Stella" is a 2019 mare by Ill Be Sophisticated, and out Shine Me Up, a daughter of Boomshine. This is one of the prettiest mares to come from our place! She was sold in 2023 and is now located in the Heber Valley.

Blue Son Of A Gun

"Marcus" is the best gelding that Shamus has ever rode. He has been used extensively for all aspects of ranch work. He is a straight-up bridle horse that has been hauled to some of the biggest ranch ropings in the country and has also been shown in AQHA Ranch Riding and Versatility classes. This is truly one of the best horses to ever stand on our place!
